The system allows users to register, securely log in, report civic issues with relevant details, and track the status of their complaints throughout the resolution process. Authorities can manage reported issues, update their status, and streamline the overall complaint-handling workflow. Built with a modern full-stack architecture using Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and JWT-based authentication, CivicPulse provides a secure, scalable, and user-friendly solution for improving civic issue management and communication.
