**Kaapi Copilot** is an AI-powered e-commerce platform developed for the Razorpay AI Buildathon, enabling intelligent shopping through natural language and autonomous AI agents. Built using Python, FastAPI, Groq LLM, MCP, SQLite, and Razorpay, it supports personalized product recommendations, smart cart management, automated checkout, and secure payments. The platform features budget-aware shopping, contextual understanding, intelligent upselling, session management, and real-time analytics. It integrates Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to perform commerce operations autonomously. In the project demo, Kaapi Copilot achieved a 144.4% increase in average order value, demonstrating the potential of AI-driven commerce and automation.
